My Nike Workout Today

This workout is what I did this morning.

Hardest exercise: Tuck Jumps.
Favorite exercise: Recover. : P

  2. It's amazing Joy! You can pace yourself however you like within the time alloted for each exercise. So you if you want super intense you do more reps or if you need to pull back you can go slower. I usually go slower with the unfamiliar ones until I get the form down well and then speed up.

    I use it on my ipad (even though it's technically an iphone app). It's called Nike Training Club. One of my favorite features is that it will count up the minutes you spent training so you can see them add up. Very satisfying.

    And kudos to Hope for introducing me to the app.
