This author feature that Hope found rocks!

I continue doing Nike workouts two times a week. The one I did yesterday was for thirty minutes. I jogged, did high knee runs, Russian twists, toe touches, side plank, mountain climber and more. I was red, sweaty and panting by the end. There was a five minute cool down stretches but I think my face stayed red for the next hour.

  1. I haven't braved the NIKE workout since I hurt my knee. I was doing it, along with running, a lot when I hurt my knee. And then I have been doing Breakout studios and Chuze. Maybe I'll give it a whirl one day when I don't feel like going anywhere!

  2. Yes it's been a life saver for me since I don't have a gym. I feel so self-sufficient with my medicine ball and hand weights. And it's a tough work out. I still am on the basic and it kicks my butt.
